Have you been struggling to lose weight? Too busy with everyday life to cook good wholesome meals? I do not substitute with potato, rice and corn flours. I use clean flours made from almonds, coconut, chickpeas, tapioca, arrowroot and flaxseed.

We provide fresh never frozen foods. You do however have the option to freeze if you order larger quantities.

Personally I struggled after having children to lose weight. I tried every fad diet, shakes, detox, juicing. Nothing ever worked long term. Through a year of research I stumbled upon clean eating. I made it my lifestyle and created my version of delicious, satisfying recipes. In less then a year I was down 65lbs and counting. I feel healthy and energetic. Through this experience it opened my eyes that there is nothing comparible out there so I offer my menu to you.
