Freebird has been created to act as a temple for community wellness. We offer classes for all levels of practice. From dedicated breath work and gentle postures to intense and heated sun salutations. In combination to our daily practices, Freebird hosts a variety of workshops & wellness services.

Freebird stands strongly behind self expression and creation. Within the heart of our home we invite you to sit within Stéphanii's sacred space. A teal haven where the art of body modification such as piercing and tattoo take place. The conversations are endless and the music floats between the floor boards.
