Free Spirit Therapeutic Riding Association 3.16

The mandate of the Free Spirit Therapeutic Riding Association is to provide a safe environment for the enhancement of physical, emotional, educational and social development through therapeutic riding and horsemanship. Through the provision of equine assisted programming, we will work with people of all ages and abilities to achieve our mandate and the participants’ personal goals. We aspire to bring the benefits of therapeutic riding (including vaulting and driving), equine assisted therapy and hippotherapy to the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, in partnership with the medical profession, social and psychological services, rehabilitation specialists, the equestrian community and others who support our mandate.
