A bag of freshly roasted coffee represents my fifteen year exploration of the bean. Starting in a frying pan with my first roast, I have moved through every method of roasting coffee possible. We now produced this beautiful coffee in our state-of- the-art small batch roasters in London, Ontario.

My journey in search of the world's best coffee has taken me around the globe and now expresses itself as a catalyst for change.
