Born in Ardossan, Scotland, award-winning photographer, muralist and painter Cim MacDonald has made the Cowichan Vallery her home since 1972. Her art is held in corporate and private collections around the world.
Cim is the curator of the wold famous murals of Chemainus. Her work sees her travelling the world and consulting the expertise of other artists to stay abreast of art restoration techniques. To date she has completed 8 refurbishes, painted 2 murals of her own design and created faithful Emily Carr reproductions for a third. It is testament to her artistic versatilit that she is able to learn and mimic myriad artistic styles in her work.
