Festival Place 5.23

Festival Place is a vibrant multi-use center for the arts, community and business and is a point of convergence for the cultural visions, ideas and energies of the community. We are an entertainment destination at the heart of Centre in the Park, a new community development in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Since opening in May 1994, Festival Place has welcomed amateur and professional artists to its theatre stage, and has hosted many community activities and events. We are committed to providing diversity and excellence in our programming. Each year we offer over 100 professional performances by leading local, regional, national and international artists. Festival Place is also home to a number of community and regional arts organizations, including our own Festival Players and Festival Players for Youth.

There are currently over 65 volunteers offering their valued services at Festival Place. Volunteer opportunities are varied, including greeter, coat check attendant, usher, merchandiser, and technical support.
