CLASSES:
Our classes specialize in Fat Loss, Strength Training, One-On-One Personal Training, Small Group Training, Endurance, Bridal Boot Camp and Zumba. We also offer Kettle Bell Workouts, TRX, Stretch Classes and Suspension Training. While we work with most of our clients on premise, we also offer classes offsite and mobile training. Yes, we can come to you!

PERSONAL TRAINING:
We are known for personal training for couples as well as our small group classes. We create and implement individualized fitness programs designed to achieve our client’s fitness objectives safely and efficiently. We work with our clients onsite at our personal training facility located in Vancity, offsite during your lunch break as well as in the privacy of your own home.

CORPORATE TRAINING:
We call it our “Lunch Break Mobile Fit”. Working out on your lunch break gives you extra energy for the rest of your day! Exercise at lunch equals increased productivity, reduces stress, keeps you fit and alert, increases, endorphins, and improves concentration. Escaping the office at lunch may give you a sense of escapism. Conversely, healthy employees achieve increased performance and cost the company less money due to reduced sick days and leaves of absence. Our classes are usually designed for groups of 10.
