4 years ago "I had it all" A good job, healthy family and a medical file so huge it could sink a ship... and it did.

After a week's stay at the hospital with yet another stress induced chronic illness added to the list, I knew I had to make some major changes in my life.

That "good job" had me overworked and under valued, and I was ignoring my own health in order to focus on everyone else's needs. Sound familiar? It should, because most Canadian working parents are living through exactly the same thing.

After following a dietary protocol that was designed specifically for me, and learning to honour my internal messaging system, I not only healed my body, I mastered my health and I finally figured out what it mean to THRIVE!
