Floatation therapy, or REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy), is undertaken by floating in warm, salt water in a float tank. It provides an unparalleled level of relaxation!

It is based around the theory that much of our brain’s energy is spent dealing with incoming information from sight, sound, touch and even dealing with gravity.
