Joe Belanger, Ph. D. created English Language Arts Resources to provide specialized educational books to teachers and students. No stranger to Canadian English Language Arts, Joe taught in the Language and Literacy Department at UBC for over twenty-five years and is a former president of the Canadian Council of Teachers of English Language Arts.
