Encore Mechanical was founded in 1982. The company was taken over eight years ago by John Cecile who has been with the company since day one. John is the reason why Encore has been so successful over our 31 years of business. John has now teamed up with his sons Jeff and Joel and daughter Kailey. Encore Mechanical is now a fully family owned and operated company. With the drive to be the top Mechanical company in Windsor Encore Mechanical has grown from 7 employees to 25 in the last eight years in order to keep up with their forever growing relationships with customers.
