E.L.I.T.E. Kenpo is a modernized hybrid style of martial arts focusing on self defence. It is developed from multiple styles and used to safely and calmly control an attacker with minimal force. Your program also includes a wide array of sparring techniques, forms/kata, submission grappling and asian weaponry.


Blue Dragons Kung Fu is a very light version of E.L.I.T.E. Kenpo. It is a program specifically designed for children ages 5-13 and taught in a fun atmosphere for all fitness levels. Aside from learning self defence, blocks, punches, kicks and forms/kata it also includes a martial arts based game at the end of class!
