Using the sensitive and intuitive nature of the horse, Dreamwinds provides unforgettable learning opportunities to develop communication, leadership and collaboration skills for individuals and groups.

Dreamwinds is a Certified Satellite Facility for the original Cartier Farms Equine Assisted Learning Centre Building Block Program. This program was developed and tested through research offering a proven curriculum of objective-based learning exercises. Setting the standard in EAL programs, we are proud to be the ONLY centre in Ontario to offer the original Cartier Farms EAL Facilitator Certification Program to help others deliver this successful curriculum and start their own career in EAL.

Using this proven program Dreamwinds specializes in Team Building Events for corporate groups, private groups and sports teams, Dreamwinds offers a best in class approach to building a winning team. Full service event planning including customized Equine Learning Session, Catering, Guest Speakers, Boardroom Use, and experienced EAL Facilitators to clearly link the learning back to work, life or sport.

We believe it's never too soon to learn! Our Youth programs focus on developing Future Leaders...giving young people the confidence, communication skills and leadership traits that will help them navigate the complexities of growing up and help them make good choices for a bright future. The lessons learned at Dreamwinds will carry through the rest of their lives.

We have a passion for helping others live their best life and have recently expanded our programs to offer Ladies Night & Women's Workshops! Focused on building self-awareness, confidence and life skills, we provide an empowering experience with the help of our horses!
