I believe that healthcare should be empowering and customized to meet your needs. My practice focuses on wellness, using natural and effective therapies that treat the root cause of disease or discomfort and that are proactive to help you feel great today and and even better tomorrow.

I am a Naturopathic Doctor and have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences with a Minor in Psychology. Having spent years adding to these skills to serve you better, I have extensive training in all things fertility, pregnancy, labour, postpartum and pediatrics including doula training, bioidentical hormone therapy, pediatric intensives, breastfeeding focused training and more!
