It sleeps six, is completely renovated and newly furnished with the following amenities:

One free parking spot – additional spots are available at P1 (200m away) - Note: One parking pass is provided. It is the ONLY parking pass for the unit and cannot be reissued. If it is accidentally taken the renter is responsible for returning the pass within 24 hours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BOOKING A RESERVATION INDICATES THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Full payment is due 15 days prior to your stay. Cancellation Policy - you may cancel up to 15 days prior to your stay. Your non-refundable deposit can be used for another stay within six months of your original reservation. **Additional charges during peak rates may apply.

Cleaning and Damage to Property

For first time renters there is a $ refundable damage deposit required during your final payment. Your damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.

Cleaning: We do not charge a cleaning fee. We expect the condo left in the condition that you found it. (We will take care of the linens). If you would like to pay for regular cleaning services a fee of $90 can be taken out of your damage deposit. Renters who leave the property in disarray (dirty dishes, garbage, bottles etc) will be charged a $ cleaning charge.

This is a strict non-smoking unit. An additional fee of $ will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit. Any damage that is caused by cigarettes will result in full replacement cost of the item including wall-to-wall carpets, furniture, etc.

The unit sleeps a maximum of six people. It is forbidden to have more than six people stay in the unit. The neighbors and condo board are aware of this. If it is deemed that more than six people have staying in the unit you will be asked to vacate immediately without any partial refund.

We understand accidents happen and appreciate honesty. If something is damaged please let us know immediately so we can work to correct the issue for everybody’s benefit. We prefer to be informed about damage rather than discovering it after the fact.
