My name is Gemma and I love to make cakes as well as all things sweet!
I started baking cakes at an early age with my mother and nanan (grandmother) and have not stopped.
I love creating all types of desserts but became particularly interested in making novelty cakes after having children and seeing what amazing cakes could be designed and created for them.
I make everything from scratch; including the sponge, buttercream and fondant. This ensures that my cakes not only look great but taste the very best.
I use royal icing decorations, rice krispie treat and candies as well as the usual sponge cake, buttercream and fondant to achieve a design that is completely edible (with some exceptions).
