Bio:
Fitness and nutrition has always played a major role in Melissa’s life. From a very young age she played competitive hockey and also collage level hockey at NAIT, where she received a scholarship.

Melissa is Bikini Athlete and has competed in several ABBA bikini competitions. In the summer of 2015 she placed in the top 5 in her division at the ABBA Provincials. In 2016 she competing at the CBBF national event and placed 2nd in her division.

Melissa understands the importance of fitness and how it plays a strong role in a person’s physical and mental health and loves to share her knowledge with others.
