Hello everyone! I'm excited to bring Delicious Donairs to The Whistler Farmer's Market's this summer :) I've been a creative home chef and creator of delicious recipes for all of my adult life, and a commercial kitchen workhorse for many years in my early 20s. I ran a kitchen called "Zueski's" which is now the new Furnature Warehouse for a few years as the breakfast and lunch cook/day kitchen manager. At Zueski's we had a delicious Gyro which is a greek style donair with beef and lamb (my donairs are just 100% Canadian beef and spices) with a delicious sweet garlic sauce. I've adopted this sauce for my delicious donairs which is smothered on a fresh pita bread cooked to order. Our juicy canaidian donair beef is made from scratch the night before at Olives Market in Function Junction (all of my prep work is done at Olives on Saturday nights before the market) along with mozzerella cheese, tomato, and finely diced red onion. I'm hoping my donair stand becomes a locals favorite! Stop by and try one this Sunday!
