Laebon Homes develops communities all over Central Alberta. These residential communities consist of both single and multi-family home sites, as well as building and selling homes on those home sites. Although we build most of our homes in Laebon communities we also build custom homes on other purchased lots, acreages or farms. We are a privately held corporation and are the most establlished homebuilder in Central Alberta.

Our communities can be found in Red Deer, Penhold, Innisfail, Ponoka, Wetaskiwin, Sylvan Lake and Rocky Mtn. House.

We have been building homes in Rocky Mtn. House and surrounding areas for over 15 years. Phase 7B of our Creekside Community opened in the Fall of 2013 and has 12 home sites consisting of four large walk-outs which back on to Trappers Creek, and 4 pie-shaped home sites which have south-facing rear yards and rear lane access. They are located in 45 Avenue Close.

This is a coveted community as there are ponds, walking/biking trails and playgrounds nearby. In winter part of the playground field is converted to a skating rink for neighborhood families.
Homes in Creekside start under $250,000 and include home, home site, and gst as well as 4 Whirlpool kitchen appliances, rear deck, front sod, poured sidewalk, legal fees, bank appraisal fee and Real Property Report. Cabinets come in your choice of Oak, Hickory or Maple with soft-close doors and drawers and crown moulding.
