I want to dispel a myth or two about when using a friend as a Real Estate Professional.
I do not need to know your personal financial business. All I need to know is if your bank approved you and we can discuss the price range you are comfortable living with. For example, most people are approved for way more money than they need. You really do not want to make yourself house poor. I know I sure do not want to be in that situation. I can help with this. Confidentiality is paramount to me and I assume to you as well. Anything we talk about is strictly between me and and you. Unless you need me to talk with your mortgage person etc. That's your call.
I am here to help you navigate the legalities of selling and/or buying a home. If you are going to sell your home, please be honest with us as we cannot protect you if we do not know what we are dealing with. We truly do have your best interest at heart. This is our livelihood and I take it quite seriously and treat each person as if it were me buying or selling the home. I would do the same for you as I would for myself. The best form of advertising in this business is word of mouth from clients. Without this we are nothing! I have gotten business through referrals and I have given referrals to other agents in other provinces and have had great results. With this in mind, I can guarantee you, that no one will work harder for you than me.
I am looking to build relationships and not here just for a quick sale. I am here long term and look forward to helping you on your next adventure.
