Offering Mat Pilates classes and reformer training.

What is Pilates:

Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes use of the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs.

What is Barre:
Using a mixture of Pilates and Ballet it will help with weight loss, toned from head to toe, increase your flexibility, burn calories.
Barre is low impact, targets all your muscle groups, improve your mind and body connection!

Drop in Classes will be offered at my studio in my home for $10 - your first visit is complimentary!

Pilate Classes will be offered on Monday and Wednesday Nights at 7:00 pm.

Reformer training is booked individually please contact me for details.
