I have been heavily involved in athletics for over 18 years and I have loved every minute. My passion for health and fitness is contagious, and I am very enthusiastic about helping others find a lifestyle balance including health and fitness.

I am a very diverse and talented athlete. I discovered my passion as a fitness competitor in January 2014 and within a year I won my pro card status as a fitness model. Previously, I trained as a marathon runner, placing fourth in my age group in the Calgary HSBC Marathon and qualifying for the Boston Marathon. I was an athlete at the Pan Amercian Games in Mexico competing in the pentathlon, consisting of running, shooting, swimming, riding and epee fencing; I returned to Canada with silver and bronze medals. For many years I was a member of the National Tetrathlon Team, helping my team take first place overall.

I plan and deliver custom workouts according to individual client needs. My clients include NCAA hockey players, athletes of many sports and all ages, sports rehab, post injury, elderly, weight loss, muscle building, pre and postnatal. I have helped numerous individuals along their path to simply building a healthier lifestyle.

I am available for individual training between 5.30am and 8pm, or online distance training. I train my clients at Fortified Fitness in Deer Run SE, Calgary. I am available to train individual clients in their homes or corporate clients subject to location and schedule.
