The Concerned Filipinos of St. Anthony's Parish (CFSA) was formed under the auspices of the St. Anthony's Church located at 1041 Bloor St. West, Toronto, Ontario. Encouraged by the Scalabrinian Missionaries, in July 1991, the Filipinos of St. Anthony's Parish heeded the call to help the victims of the Mt. Pinatubo volcano disaster. Subsequently, this group evolved as the initial core of the CFSA.
