Compressed Carbon Custom Art 2.96

I've always loved to draw. This much I know. As a child I would spend hours and hours carefully recreating my book covers on crummy lined paper and then critiquing them However, being from a small town you had two options as far as the arts went, art or band. And I chose band. Don't get me wrong, I don't regret this, I play a mean alto sax, but it led me to walk away from art for the better part of 30 years. This past summer I found myself getting the urge to draw, and I did. This snowballed into doing a couple pieces for a designer friend and I've been picking up steam since. I am experimenting with mediums, techniques and generally feeling my way through the dark. I consider my specialty to be my work in pencil and charcoal, although I have recently started working in colored pencil and the results have been better than I would have imagined.
