At Classic we have intentionally kept our home health care service scope regional and we take a very disciplined and efficient approach to our business. We do not have multiple offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Victoria and Vancouver, we do not operate a call centre, nor are we a national chain or franchise. This regional focus and proprietary ownership allows us to keep our costs down and deliver tremendous value to our clients. Our workforce is mobile throughout each region and we bring the service to you in the community – where our best work is done. Despite our competitive fees, we are very well resourced, compared to smaller agencies or national chains. We believe we are the right size for our industry – big enough to have a solid foundation and resources, small enough that our clients can deal personally with all our people, from owners to nurses to caregivers.
