We specialize in Vietnamese subs, as we are the FIRST in London to offer authentic subs with REAL meat. We also offer an array of authentic, fresh Vietnamese food such as salad rolls, pho, rice and vermicelli dishes, Vietnamese coffee and drinks, etc.

History:

Established in 2013.

We first started running a small sub place at Trail's End Farmer's Market. We were very surprised to learn that many customers enjoyed our food and were curious to learn what a VN sub is. Many became returning customers and some were also pleased to know that finally someone has brought this idea to London. Vietnamese subs are very popular in other major cities and with the positive feedback we got, we decided to open our small restaurant within London. Our main chef Trinh travelled to Paris, France herself in order to learn from her uncle about the best way to cook and present food, as well as improving our customer service.
