Since I was a toddler I was always sensitive and aware of my energy field and the energy fields around us. Innately knew how to communicate with all the different levels of energy. Since I knew they are communicating with us whether we believe it or not. I have been listening to the energy around me since then. After a serious, traumatic accident in 2002. I further developed an heightened awareness and knowledge of self healing. I developed my own processes to achieve my own full recovery, and higher growth as a result of this higher awareness. My experience of traditional therapy was not good. In my opinion, it further stimulated a "victim" mentality and dependency. I was aware of this and relied on my higher myself (intuition), spirit guides and my angels to guide me to release negative emotions through a discovery process. I naturally heightened my awareness of self, environment, and others due to my recovery process. I did what I needed to do to reclaim my own mind and body into a higher vibration.
