The owner, Jeff Causyn, was the Haldimand-Norfolk Home Builders Association Member of the Year for Outstanding Service of the Year in 1999. Causyn Cooling & Heating has also received the Platinum Award from Lennox in both 2005 and 2006. The Platinum Award is for overall customer satisfaction, sales, and the company’s performance. In 2007, Jeff Causyn won the Centurion Award, which is for the top 100 Dealers in North America, which is a huge accomplishment since Lennox has over 8000 dealers in North America.
