Café Oranje, nestled in the heart of #HamOnt’s International Village, provides an atmosphere that focuses on delicious, locally-roasted, specialty coffee and warm, friendly community in a contemporary Dutch- and Euro-styled coffee house. Our product is primarily ethically sourced and locally roasted coffee. In addition we offer a full menu of espresso-based hot and cold drinks, locally-blended teas and bottled cold beverages. We bring in coffee from each of Hamilton’s coffee roasters (Relay, Vintage, and Speakeasy) and we pride ourselves on the diversity of available coffee, believing in the strength of the Hamilton coffee community.

Café Oranje offers a variety of quick and tasty, homemade sandwiches, soups, and salads as breakfast and lunch options. All our sandwiches are hot-pressed and unique! We carry locally-sourced and house-baked goods and food items including bulk coffee beans and some specific Dutch treats. We are proud to work with four local bakeries (Mes Amis, Cake and Loaf, Locke St. Bakery, and Donut Monster) and several other local retailers to source our products. We ensure that we have both gluten free and vegan options available.

We continue to find fun opportunities to engage in the Hamilton community. Whether it’s entertaining families during International Village’s “Victorian Night in the Village”, hosting Pride events with the bookstore next door, bringing in televisions to celebrate FIFA World Cup Soccer, decking the place out in orange to celebrate Koningsdag (an annual party day in the Netherlands), or joining up to forty vendors at the Village Station Bazaar, our family at Café Oranje LOVE our Hamilton community and look forward to bringing a unique experience to the city.
