I support you in creating a space where you are grounded and empowered in your own birthing experience.

I respect your voice and decisions, and work to support you in realizing your ideal birth.

I listen and adapt my presence throughout your labour to meet you where you are at.

I offer herbal medicine as allies to aid you in your prenatal and postpartum periods.

I learn most of all from each Mama and Babe whose births I am privileged to attend.


A Doula is an individual who provides physical and emotional support to a woman before, during and after their labour. Doulas are knowledgeable birth professionals who can provide non-judgemental information for a Mama to make informed decisions regarding her birth. Doulas support not only the Mama, but her loved ones as well, be they partner, family or friends whom may also be in attendance at the birth. Most importantly, Doulas remain with the Mama throughout her entire labour, providing constant reassurances that she is more than capable in birthing her baby, and that she instinctively knows how best to do so.
