From Manitoba grown potatoes, wheat and unbleached milled flour, to Manitoba made cheese and free-range ethically raised meat, we are committed to using locally sourced ingredients and are extremely passionate in making sure only the best of these ingredients are used in our food preparation. Knowing where your food comes from is important to you, and we are proud that we are able to support local farmers and the local economy by adhering to this philosophy.




By making everything from scratch just like my Baba did, nothing gets overlooked. We believe that the care we put into our food exemplifies the passion behind all of our products. We also care about the environment as much as our food, so all of our containers and utensils are made from recycled material and are biodegradable.
