Bereaved Families of Ontario - Ottawa Region (BFO - Ottawa) helps to alleviate the pain and suffering of family loss through open discussion groups led by trained members who have experienced a similar event.

Through one-on-one support and the generosity of its donors, BFO - Ottawa is able to provide care and service to people in need.

The BFO holds both on-going and seasonal support programs. On-going programs include a monthly program held on the first Tuesday evening of the month, as well as weekly program held every Thursday.

BFO - Ottawa also holds special seasonal memorial events.
