Through Beast Release Yoga, I am excited to share my practice and knowledge of the benefits yoga can bring to athletes. Beast Release is yoga for athletes. Classes are built around specific sports and focused on certain areas in the body that need extra attention.
Yoga can help athletes develop their focus, breath work, alignment, body awareness, balance, physical strength and mental strength. It also levels out the balance of time spent in "fight or flight" mode and "rest and digest" mode.
