Bannock Without Borders 2.75

"Bannock Bros Without Borders" is a meaningful slang term with a lot of history behind it. It started far back from when my mother @Teresa Mark also know in East Vancouver as the "Bannock Queen" (or her past restaurant "Bannock Queen Cafe" in Vancouver, BC) taught me all that I know, she passed down to my brothers and I, our Grandmothers secret family recipe for perfect pieces of Golden Bannock (Frybread) everytime. My family and I have done tons of events, catering and restaurant duties over the years and are very well known locally in the lower mainland."Bannock without borders" was originally my moms thoughts because how endless the possibilities are with our bread recipe. "Bros" short for "Brothers" of course, comes from 1.) My family, my brothers, that I've worked first hand with but Also 2.) my late bestfriend Lloyd Arnault's and my dream to start a business and/or food truck together one day. His family has been such a great support team for me as long as I have known them, they even put me through culinary school, that I graduated from in 200- . I would love to fulfill my late friends wishes and 'our' dream to have that restaurant and/or food truck some day in the near future.
