Imagine the crispiest baguette with pate, mayonnaise, sweet Viet pickles, cilantro, and Vietnamese charcuterie (deli-styled meats).

EVERYTHING is home-made because that's the way it's always been done!

Banh Mi sandwiches have been a staple in our family for as long as we can remember. From road trips, to lunches, to family events; we have always had the privilege of enjoying this delicious masterpiece.

|| What's with the name? ||

Why stop at the sandwich? We believe in true cultural fusion through education. The first thing we usually learn in a new language?... FOOD!!!

We have chosen a food cart over a food truck because we want to offer you better accessibility, show you an alternative and sustainable possibility in transport, and to pay homage to those who have paved the way in street vending.
