Hello and thank you for visiting Balance 'N Soul. My name is Denise and I've been interested in Holistic Healing my entire life. I recall as a child being fascinated about hearing all the amazing benefits and all the different modalities. Finally in 2010 I took my first Reiki Class and have taken and tried so many different modalities from EFT Tapping to Theta Healing and Mediumship courses and now most recent Access Consciousness.
