I have often been asked exactly what it is that I do. People wonder if I am a decorator, designer, home stager, and what services I provide. My response is all of the above. Color Consultations ~ Paint color choices, wall coverings, fabrics & accents.
Renovation/Remodeling ~ Guide you in co-coordinating all needs for your renovation: flooring (hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl), paint color, window treatment, counter top, back splash, hardware, lighting, furniture selection, space saving and more. I am affiliated with a number of skilled trades people that I can refer you to if need be.
Decorating ~ Decor consists of the arrangement of furniture, art work and accessories. I provide decor ideas for any room in your home or office space; assist in the selection of new accents or the re-arrangement of existing accents. My focus is to work with you and your budget to create changes in your home or space that reflect your personal or professional needs.
Staging ~While working alongside multiple real estate agents, I help you to make your current home sale ready so that you may attract a wider range of home buyers. By making simple modifications to your home, staging your home will increase buyer appeal & may help with your sale. To date my clients and I have enjoyed success in this area and are impressed by the results of moderate changes.
Other ~ Aid in exterior selection of siding, brick, stain, patio décor and furniture.
