-Specialization in active & long term health and movement for life; athlete improvement; sports performance; education for new exercisers & integration into a new fitness program; Olympic lifting; exercise program design
-Employs a contemporary approach to fitness=NO MACHINES! Allyssa uses FUNCTIONAL equipment to focus on the human body's natural ability and movement patterns-cables, bands, free weights, kettlebells, body weight.
-Extensive knowledge of human biomechanics, anatomy and muscle function, human physiology, functional testing, body composition testing, injury prevention and the psychology of exercise.
-Experience working with clients ranging from age 8 to age 60, both males and females!
