As the gym is sometimes hard to find.
If you come off the Perimeter, take Gunn Road, go straight thru the 4 way stop at Rehdonda. There is a little access road about 200m from the four way. Turn right, at the T intersection go left. Follow till you see the karate kickboxing sign. Turn into the compound. We are #3. You will see an open sign.

If you come down Rehdonda, from Springfield Rd. Go till you see a red sign for "WINDECK" take the next little right, Go down Diamond Rd, at the T intersection go left. Follow till you see the karate kickboxing sign. Turn into the compound. We are #3. You will see an open sign.
