Agrius 4.14

Agrius is an organic restaurant. Created in 2015 as an extension to the Fol Epi Organic Bakery, and using the Fol Epi baguette as our golden standard, we showcase the high quality, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients available to us here on Vancouver Island. Our meat is all raised here in BC. We believe in in whole animal butchery, all of our animals are broken down on site, or a few blocks away by our friends at Farm+Field Butchers. We also use seasonal produce predominantly grown on farms here on Vancouver Island, and we take pride in building personal relationships with all of the farmers, ranchers, fisheries, foragers and suppliers we deal with.
