Absolute Contracting & Excavating Inc. is a construction contracting company that specializes in septic system design and installation. ACE also provides construction contracting services related to water and sewer systems, foundations, weeping tiles, lot clearing, road building, demolitions, culverts, and any kind of earthwork excavations.

The owners of ACE—Shawn Dumont and his spouse Nataie Helmkay—have a combined 30-plus years of experience in the construction industry. Shawn worked as a heavy equipment operator for more than 20 years and possesses strong knowledge of the construction industry. In addition, he has extensive experience managing work crews from working in various leadership roles. Natalie worked in human resource management and customer service roles for over 20 years, including a role as the controller of a local construction company for over 10 years. Through this experience, she developed strong knowledge of the construction industry and excellent business management and administrative skills.

ACE possess a strong network of connections in the local community and will leverage their connections to secure contracts through word-of-mouth. The owners have been busy meeting with prospective customers and building a strong pipeline of business for the 2017 operating season. Most recently, ACE successfully secured and completed a contract for a local College in North Bay, exceeding the client’s expectations and proving its capabilities.
