A Food Pop-Up by Jeszika 1.89

My entire adult life has been a love affair with food. Having grown up in Montreal, I started cooking in a daycare as a summer job at 14. After a brief stint in the business administration world, I returned to the kitchen, completing culinary school at the Institute Hotellerie et Tourism Quebec. After school I was lucky to complete my stage at Joe Beef, followed by a summer on the CTMA Vacancier cruise, before having the chance to work at prestigious Portus Calle and Damas. I was chef and owner of Meals in Mason Jars - A homemade dinner delivery service as well as Pedro's Empanadas (my first food pop-up). I was chef at Le Bleu Raisin, before venturing to the Yukon, where I spent a summer as Sous-Chef at Cafe Balzam, before taking a break to have a baby. Rather then throwing myself back into someone else's kitchen, I decided to branch out on my own. What started as something to do at Christmas fairs is slowly growing into a nice small business.
In addition to A Food Pop-Up, I also provide catering services, homemade dinner delivery, and in-home chef services.
All cooking is done either on site, or in a commercial kitchen.
