Scouts have a lot of fun discovering new things and life experiences they wouldn't have elsewhere. Along the way they develop into capable, confident and well-rounded individuals, better prepared for success in the world.

Scouting offers a world where you can discover the best in yourself and the best in others. Dollar for dollar, our programs provide significant value. They run all year round and offer adventures that youth will remember for a lifetime!

Beavers (Ages 5 to 7) – Fun & Friendship are the cornerstones of the Beaver program. Beavers learn social skills, while refining gross and fine motor skills through an active program utilizing games, arts & crafts, songs, play acting, storytelling and more. Beaver Scouts also enjoy nature walks, short hikes, day outings and sleepovers.

Cub Scouts (Ages 8 to 10) – Cub Scouts is the next step in the Scouting adventure. Cubs do many of the same activities as the Beavers by working towards a goal. As a Cub, your child will begin to develop self awareness, independence, confidence….. And much, much more. The Cub program is broken down into specific areas that focus on the natural world, the outdoors, creative expression, health & fitness, home & community, Canada & the world.

Scouts (Ages 11 to 15) – “Be Prepared” is more than just a motto to Scouts. This is where children enter the scouting program and emerge as young adults. Scouts are encouraged to display leadership, personal discipline, teamwork, confidence and self awareness. Second and third year scouts provide mentoring to younger youth and assume a more active role within the Troop. Scouts enjoy a vigorous program which includes year round outdoor camping, bush craft skills, program planning, special events, cooking, first aid training and, as in cubs, ….much, much more
