Call 2-1-1 and you will have access to an entire network of community, social and government-based services. Calls are answered by professional information and referral specialists who are trained to assess caller needs and refer callers to the most appropriate resources. This service is offered in over 200 languages.

211 is free, confidential, multilingual and available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

211 is available in Calgary, Cochrane, Chestermere, High River and Red Deer. As of September 3, 211 is available in the Bow Valley Corridor: Banff, Canmore and Exshaw.

211 Calgary and Area is a joint initiative of Distress Centre, The City of Calgary (Family & Community Support Services), and United Way of Calgary and Area.
