Air Cadets is a youth organization funded by the Government of Canada. We offer youth the opportunity to realize their full potential.

Cadets receive opportunities to learn about aviation, outdoor survival skills, sports, marksmanship, music and drill in a safe and fun environment. Air Cadets have the chance to travel the world, earn their Glider or Private Pilot Licence, and compete in biathlon and marksmanship. In Saskatoon, cadet training follows the school year. For interested cadets, there are opportunities to attend Summer Training in other provinces.

Notable former Air Cadets include Astronaut Chris Hadfield, former Governor General of Canada Raymon Hnatyshyn, and Country Music singer George Canyon.

Cadets are not members of the military, and there is no expectation for cadets to join the Canadian Forces.
