Hotpot consists of a large simmering broth of spices. Raw meats and vegetables are placed around the pot for the dinner party to cook inside the broth. This does not take a long time since the broth is constantly at a boiling temperature. Once the food is ready the dinner party can grab their portions and dip their food in delicious sauces. This process repeats until everyone is full!
