*Workshop Information*
Before an individual can receive a private pilot license (PPL), he or she must demonstrate both flying skill and knowledge. A specified number of dual and solo hours flight training must be completed before the flight test can be attempted. In contrast, general knowledge of various subjects related to flying is demonstrated by successful completion of a written examination; before a student pilot can write the examination, he or she must complete the ground school requirements, complete a number of hours of flight training, and obtain the required Medical Certificate.

The purpose of our PPL Ground School Exam Preparation Course is to prepare the student pilot for the FAA written examination. The syllabus includes 100+ hours of classroom training, with 2 hours for quizzes and the final examination. Our course runs over the weekend for convenience, will take seven weeks to complete and covers the following:

*Weekly Tuition*
While international law requires a minimum of 40 hours of ground school instruction, our students receive more than 100 hours of instruction. They will also be able to attend weekly tuition sessions. The tuition Sessions are designed as informal instruction sessions that further develop and apply knowledge and skills learned in the ground school classes, especially in the subjects of navigation and weather information; they provide an excellent group environment in which students can prepare and practice collectively.

*Our Instructor*
Our Instructor, is a licensed and certificated Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor from Jordan with over 30 years flying experience.

*Fees and Schedule*
Our Private Pilot (PPL) Ground School Exam Preparation Course classes are three days a week for seven consecutive weekends. Class size is limited to 20 people so we suggest that you sign up as soon as possible. At the completion of the ground school course you will receive a graduation certificate authorizing you to take the FAA required written exam.

Total Course Fee: BD1,500

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your position in class. The balance will be due on the first day of ground school which is also non-refundable.
