MISSION STATEMENT
•To work holistically to provide safe, ethical and non-invasive therapeutic treatments which support and empower clients towards greater wellbeing ;
•To respect client autonomy, listen carefully to ascertain therapeutic needs and be honest about my own limitations;
•To back up my best intentions with knowledge and ethical practice; to receive regular supervision and continue to study and draw on the resources offered by some of the best minds in their fields to further my own understanding and professional competence;
•To respect client confidentiality at all times, whether within or outside of the therapeutic environment and being particularly respectful of the close-knit communities we live in.

ABOUT THE TREATMENTS …
The aim of all treatment is to release physical and emotional tension - freeing you from whatever inhibits you from being your happiest and healthiest self; helping you achieve perfect balance.
You may prefer talking, physical or energy therapies or a combination of all three.
Initial consultation allows time to explore history, assess current state and discuss which therapies will effectively help you achieve change congruent with personal values/lifestyle. We may consider postural integration, ergonomics, physiological and anatomical factors, as well as emotional and psychological issues that impact on wellbeing.

I offer over 30 years’ experience as a therapist, a passion for what I do, and a promise to respect and show unconditional positive regard for you at all times. We come into life as pure beings – but in the course of living real lives we sustain a few physical/emotional knocks along the way. I feel nothing but love when people come to me showing a desire to change; to improve their lives in some way. It’s a sign of intelligence, humility, a courageous heart and an indomitable spirit.

I respect the trust placed in me and care deeply about what I do, taking pride in providing what many describe as ‘the Rolls Royce of treatments’. My work is client-centered and my continued success depends entirely on client satisfaction and personal recommendation.
