There are many forms of registration for commercial licenses in Bahrain so if you are looking to set up business in the Kingdom of Bahrain, here is what you need to know:

SPC- Single person company

WLL- With limited Liability

Foreign Branch

Each has its own procedure in terms of capital minimum bank deposit.

SPC- BD50,000- this is produced as a bank certificate and can be removed upon receipt

WLL- BD20,000- as above

Foreign branch – open(but will ask for assets)

Consultant charges who will assist you to establish the business usually charge on an average approx BD2500/- plus. But then it depends on your requirements.
Consulting fees include getting all approvals, preparing the Memorandum of Association(with in house lawyer), assisting with finding an address for the CR, completing all formalities with Municipality, Electricity.
Additional fees are BD 250- 500 for an address pm BD100/- electricity/Municipality.

Fees vary depending on the size of the establishment but that is usually a minimum if you are looking for a trusted consultant.

They will also assist with Company LMRA registration- BD250/- cost- getting visas done,- each visa has a price eg residence permits cost BD200- 260 per person , plus you will have to pay the cost of the agent approx BD30.
