Jeyoun, is ALARGAN Bahrain’s latest mixed-use development. The project consists of a residential component including 82 ”townhouses” and a commercial component, featuring 11,315 m2 of retail and commercial space. The development also has a number of services and amenities as well as a central landscaped park to serve the residents and visitors of Jeyoun.
Argan Village, is the commercial component of Jeyoun project that was designed to be a lifestyle neighborhood center. The traditional design of the buildings aimed to create a shopping district and family lifestyle center with a unique architecture, inspired from the old Bahraini Souk. Being the first of its kind in the area, the project provides an entertaining family experience, by featuring; variety of community services, international & regional retail stores, restaurants & cafes, beauty & health centers.
The 3,146 m² scenic park was designed by world renowned landscape designer Valley Crest to create a safe heaven for kids and a social center for adults. It includes tiled walkways, water features, interactive playgrounds to create pleasant atmosphere for both children and adults.
The architecture design is a mix between the contemporary defined elements and the Bahraini traditional aspects in a unique merge to create a series of multiple spaces and wide terraces. Each retail outlet consists of ground and first floors along with terraces overlooking the roads and park filled with motion and activities, creating lively unique atmosphere.

يعتبر مشروع جيون من أحدث المشاريع المتميزة لشركة الأرجان بحرين. يتألف المشروع من جزء سكني يحتوي على 82 “تاون هاوس” وجزء تجاري متعدد الاستخدام يغطي مساحة 11,315 متر مربع، كما يضم المشروع العديد من الخدمات والمرافق بالإضافة إلى حديقة تقع في وسط المشروع لخدمة قاطني وزوار جيون.
تشكل ارجان ڤيلج الجزء التجاري من مشروع جيون المتكامل الذي صمم ليكون نموذجا للأحياء العصرية. حيث يهدف التصميم التقليدي للمباني إلى خلق مفهوم تسوق عائلي عصري بطابع هندسي فريد مستوحى من مفهوم السوق البحريني القديم مما يجعله الأول من نوعه داخل البحرين. ويوفر المشروع تجربة مسلية متكاملة للأسرة، من خلال تقديمه لمجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات المجتمعية، متاجر تجزئة ومطاعم ومقاهي محلية وعالمية ومراكز تجميل ونوادي صحية.
يقع ارجان ڤليج في منطقة جيون علي بعد 7 دقائق من العاصمة المنامة و 15 دقيقة من مطار مملكة البحرين الدولي. ويتميز المشروع بموقع إستراتيجي بين أهم طرق المملكة، طريق الشيخ خليفة بن سلمان وطريق الشيخ عيسى بن سلمان.
تم تصميم هذه الحديقة الخلابة على مساحة 3,146 متر مربع من قبل مكتب التصميم العالمي الشهير فالي كرست، وذلك لخلق مساحات أمنة للأطفال من جهة ومركز ترفيهي اجتماعيي للبالغين من جهة أخرى، تشتمل الحديقة على ممرات قرميدية، نوافير مائية وملاعب تفاعلية لخلق جو من المرح و السعادة للأطفال والبالغين.
